Terms governing use of the Redwood Field Advisory website and engagement of our advisory services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing portal-redwoodfield.click (“the Site”) or engaging Redwood Field Advisory Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About us

Redwood Field Advisory Pty Ltd is a business advisory firm registered in Australia, operating from Office 11, 61 Sample Road, Newcastle NSW 00000. Our services include operational advisory, financial modelling review, and governance counsel for owner-led firms.

The Site provides general information about our advisory services. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You should seek advice tailored to your circumstances before making business decisions.

4. Advisory engagements

Advisory services are governed by a separate engagement letter issued before work commences. In the event of conflict between these Terms and an engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails for that specific engagement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Redwood Field Advisory Pty Ltd. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as specified in the engagement letter.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on the Site
  • Our liability under any advisory engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement letter

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
