How we price advisory work

We do not use subscription tiers or monthly retainers by default. Each engagement is scoped to the outcome you need, with fees quoted before work begins.

Operational Advisory (flagship programme)

Standard programme (15–40 staff, single site)	From $18,500 fixed
Multi-site or 40–80 staff	From $24,000 fixed
Additional on-site day beyond package	$1,450 per day
Extended implementation support (beyond week 12)	$2,800 per fortnight

Deposit: 40% at signing. Balance due on delivery of the operating playbook.

Financial Modelling Review

Single-scenario review of existing model	From $4,800
Multi-scenario with sensitivity analysis	From $7,200
Model build from scratch (simple)	From $5,500

Typically completed within three to four weeks. Fee confirmed after scoping call.

Governance & Board Review

Family group with up to three entities	From $9,800
Board facilitation (per half-day session)	$1,650

Ad-hoc advisory

For targeted questions outside a defined programme:

Senior advisor day rate: $1,850 (includes preparation and same-day report)
Half-day workshop facilitation: $1,200
Written memo (up to 8 pages): From $2,400

What affects your quote

Number of sites and travel distance from Newcastle
Staff count and interview scope
Urgency (engagements requested with less than two weeks’ notice may incur a scheduling premium)
Complexity of ownership structure (multiple entities, trusts, or international shareholders)

GST

All fees quoted are exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued with each payment milestone.

Payment terms

Bank transfer within fourteen days of invoice. We do not accept payment for advisory services via credit card.
